Cold Season

Cold Season tea is a soothing herbal infusion that is specially formulated for use during cold weather. This warming formula includes ginger, cardamom, cloves and cinnamon, all of which are regarded in Ayurveda as 'heating' herbs. The blend is infused with peppermint, prized for its menthol vapours, as well as eucalyptus and basil, both of which are believed to promote free breathing. The recipe is complemented by ten other herbs and spices traditionally used in Ayurveda to increase Agni (fire) and 'burn' Ama (blockages and impurities). For a perfect infusion, pour freshly boiled water over one teabag. Allow to steep for 4 to 6 minutes - or longer for a stronger flavour. Gently squeeze the teabag to let the active ingredients fully release into the water. Enjoy daily whenever the weather is fluctuating or simply for extra strength throughout the cold season.
